Bakery Assistant
We're looking for a Bakery Assistant to help support weekly sourdough production and prep in our growing microbakery.
We’re searching for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and excited to learn about artisan baking and small business operations.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities & Tasks:

Assist with dough prep, shaping, and baking support

Package bread and baked goods

Label and organize orders
-
Assist with ingredient prep and kitchen cleanup (dishwashing, sanitizing, etc.)

Help prepare products for events, such as farmers markets, pop-ups, & porch pickups

Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

Assist with maintaining product inventory
Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail

Ability to stand for long periods and lift 40–50 lbs

Reliable and punctual
-
Comfortable working flexible bakery hours
-
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Food service or baking experience preferred but not required
Hours & Schedule:

Part-time, flexible scheduling based on production needs

Weekday availability preferred
Compensation:

$16-$20/hour, depending on experience & skill level

Event Assistant
We’re looking for a dependable, friendly Event Assistant to help us at farmers markets, pop-ups, and community events throughout the season.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, being part of local events, and supporting a growing small business.
Responsibilities & Tasks:

Assist with loading and unloading market supplies

Help set up and tear down vendor booth/tent displays

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

Handle checkout/POS transactions

Restock products and keep displays organized
-
Help maintain a clean and welcoming booth space
Qualifications:

Reliable transportation

Ability to lift 40–50 lbs

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather

Friendly, positive attitude

Ability to work independently and stay organized

Weekend and evening availability preferred

Farmers market, retail, food service, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
