Our Story

At Eb & Flo Bread Co., our team is small, mighty, and slightly covered in flour at all times. We're a family-powered bakery where every loaf is made with love—and usually with tiny hands helping along the way.

 

From dough kneading to crumb tasting, each member of the crew brings their own special spark to the table (sometimes literally).

Responsible for mixing dough, wrangling children, remembering where the starter went, and making every customer feel like family. Officially the one wearing all the hats (and probably a little bit of flour, too).

Junior Dough Consultant

Older Sister

CFF (Chief Flour Fairy)

She specializes in dough squishing, flour sprinkling, and asking “Is it ready yet?” every 3 minutes. While her apron might be covered in more dough than the actual loaves, her contributions are critical to team morale and joy levels.

Lead Crumb Taster / Younger Sister

Director of Deliciousness

At just 1.5 years old, she’s a fearless flavor explorer, ready to test every ingredient with gusto—and occasionally with her whole face. Her refined palate (and sticky fingers) ensure that only the yummiest bites make it out of the kitchen.
